2. Hosting – Cloudflare Pages

Provider: Cloudflare, Inc., 101 Townsend St, San Francisco, CA 94107, USA.

Purpose: hosting and delivery of the website. When you visit the website, Cloudflare processes technically necessary connection data (IP address, browser type, operating system, referrer URL, timestamp). These data are processed to provide and secure the service.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in a secure and performant web presence). Cloudflare has committed to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework. Further information: cloudflare.com/privacypolicy.

3. Contact Form (Formspree)

The contact form on this website uses Formspree (Formspree Inc., San Francisco, CA, USA). The data you enter (name, email address, message, and optionally the selected project category) are transmitted securely to Formspree and stored there so that I can respond to your enquiry.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures / processing your enquiry). The data will be deleted once your enquiry has been fully handled and no statutory retention obligation applies. Formspree privacy policy: formspree.io/legal/privacy-policy.

4. Fonts

This website uses the typeface "Inter", which is self-hosted in its entirety. Font files are loaded exclusively from the site's own server; no connection is made to external font services such as Google Fonts. No personal data is transferred to third parties in this process.

5. Reference Videos (YouTube)

This website embeds YouTube videos in a privacy-friendly way. When the page loads, no connections to YouTube are established — preview thumbnails are served from our own server.

Only when you actively click the Play button is a connection to YouTube established and the video embedded via youtube-nocookie.com. By clicking Play, you consent to data transfer to YouTube (Google LLC).

YouTube may process: IP address, device information, browser type, playback statistics.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR (consent).

You can withdraw your consent for future page views by reloading the page and not clicking Play.

6. Web Analytics – Umami

This website uses Umami Analytics, a privacy-friendly web analytics service provided by Umami Software Inc. Umami collects only anonymised usage data (pages visited, referrer, device, browser, country). No personal data is stored, no cookies are set, and no IP addresses are recorded (Umami anonymises IP addresses before storage by default).

Provider: Umami Software Inc., San Francisco, CA, USA. The data collected are processed on Umami Cloud servers. No merging with personal data takes place.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in anonymous reach and usage analysis to improve the website). As no personal data are processed, no consent is required. Automatically respects your browser's Do Not Track setting.

7. Cookies & Local Storage

This website does not set any tracking or analytics cookies of its own. Cloudflare and YouTube may set technical cookies (see sections 2 and 5). No data are shared for advertising or analytics purposes.
